The 2025 Porsche Carrera Cup Asia season marked a defining chapter for Phantom Global Racing, highlighted by the impressive growth of our driver, Josh Rowledge. Closing the championship on a high, Josh delivered his strongest performance of the year during the Singapore finale, where he claimed a brilliant podium finish. 

Our Journey Through the Season 

Throughout the season, we travelled across some of Asia’s most iconic circuits, moving from fast, flowing tracks to tight street layouts. Each location brought its own atmosphere and challenges. Every stop on the calendar added a new chapter to our journey, whether it was adapting to a new environment, overcoming unexpected hurdles, or finding small improvements that carried forward to the next round.  

A Season of Building Momentum 

This season marked Josh’s first year competing in the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia, and WeTrade had the privilege of supporting him every step of the way. As the season unfolded, Josh continued to develop as a competitive and composed young driver. From his early race weekends to his late-season breakthroughs, WeTrade watched his confidence and skill grow with each outing. His progress reflected not just his dedication, but the combined effort of the WeTrade x PGR team working behind the scenes. 

A Trackside VIP Experience Beyond Expectations 

One of the early highlights of our involvement this year took place at the Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia, where WeTrade invited VIP guests to enjoy a closer connection to the world of motorsport. The experience was enhanced by a special joint Q&A session with our own racer, Josh Rowledge, and Malaysian motorsport icon Leona Chin. Together, they shared personal insights into their racing journeys, and the discipline required to remain focused at the highest level, offering guests a rare and engaging perspective beyond the track. 

 

The experience continued at Bangsaen, where the excitement of race day concluded on a more relaxed note. Following the on-track action, WeTrade hosted an exclusive post-race dinner with our VIP guests, partners, and representatives. The gathering provided an opportunity to unwind, reflect on the day’s highlights, and strengthen connections. The evening also featured a special Meet & Greet with Josh, giving guests further insight into the mindset and strategy of a professional racing driver. 

 

The programme wrapped up at the Mandalika International Street Circuit in Indonesia, where WeTrade brought guests directly into the heart of the race action. VIPs were welcomed into an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience, stepping inside the team’s pit garage, seeing the race car up close, meeting the crew, and joining the official grid walk before the start. With rare access to restricted areas and memorable photo opportunities, guests walked away with experiences they simply could not get anywhere else. It was a proud moment for WeTrade, underscoring our commitment to connecting our community with meaningful and exciting real-world experiences.
