Where Passion Meets Purpose
On 9 November 2025, the Tao Dan Football Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City came alive with the cheers and energy of the Foot for Hope Charity Football Tournament, a heartwarming event aimed to raise funds for Maison Chance, a Vietnamese NGO that empowers disadvantaged individuals through education, housing, and vocational training.
This tournament was organised by the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam (CCIFV) to strengthen connections between businesses and the local community, a purpose that aligns closely with WeTrade’s belief in partnership and giving back to society.
This year, WeTrade proudly joined forces with our partners at Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) to support the cause, proving that teamwork, whether in business or on the pitch can truly make a difference.
Team WeTrade: Playing With Heart
Representing the spirit of unity and passion, the WeTrade Football Team gave their all in every 5v5 match. Each game was packed with grit, laughter, and genuine sportsmanship. While the team didn’t advance to the finals, the real victory lay in the team spirit and positive energy that filled every moment on the field.
“It wasn’t just about winning, it was about showing up, playing hard, and being part of something meaningful,” shared one of the players.
Fun Beyond The Field
Off the pitch, WeTrade and PSG created one of the event’s most vibrant corners. The co-branded booth became a crowd magnet, buzzing with activities, laughter, and giveaways.
The Football Juggling Challenge quickly stole the spotlight. Kids, parents, and even a few brave onlookers jumped in to test their skills. Every time someone hit 15 seconds, the crowd burst into cheers and the winner walked away grinning with a WeTrade x PSG cap or bottle. Even the ones who didn’t quite make it were still all smiles, just happy to be part of the action.
Celebrating Connection And Compassion
As evening set in, the energy shifted from cheers to inspiring conversations. The teams, organisers, and partners gathered for a cosy dinner session that perfectly rounded off the day’s excitement.
The night began with a speech by Mr Cedric, Head of Vietnam at WeTrade, setting a gracious and heartfelt tone for the event. He was later joined by Mr. Hieu Ngo, CEO of Imperium Analyst, for the Commemorative Award and Appreciation Ceremony, marking the beginning of a strategic partnership founded on trust, vision, and sustainable growth. The moment was met with warm applause and heartfelt congratulations from all in attendance.
As the evening continued, guests enjoyed a delightful dinner filled with music, laughter, and conversation. Plates were passed, glasses were raised, and the room buzzed with a warm energy that came from doing something great together.
